Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Dubai, Mandarin Oriental is an oasis of luxury and culinary delight. As an urban planner with a penchant for sustainable development and heritage conservation, I appreciated the hotel's commitment to using easily bio-degradable products, aligning with my values of environmental preservation. During my gourmet getaway, I dined at the hotel's restaurant, enjoying signature Hakkasan dishes infused with Emirati flair. The Peking Duck with Caviar was a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary tastes, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of the Emirates. Le Cafe by the fountain offered a serene backdrop to savor a lavish 5-course sharing menu, which featured a tantalizing caviar tartlet that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The ambiance was accentuated by gentle sea breezes and the beautiful view of modern city architecture, creating a sensory symphony that elevated the dining experience. Whether you're a lover of luxury brands or a connoisseur of fine cuisine, Mandarin Oriental is a must-visit destination for a truly immersive gastronomic journey.
